Securities Class Action Information.

Class Solutions Ltd (CSL) maintains a comprehensive database of all current and historic Securties Class Actions. As part of the processing capabilities of our systems, this database is maintained by continuous monitoring of numerous data sources serving the financial markets.

Clients are provided with an automated notice of all new Securities Class Actions filed to establish whether they are entitled to participate.  Clients can then decide whether to manage the claim themselves or to outsource to CSL who will then manage the claim on their behalf. 

We provide a fully integrated Securities Class Action data resource to enable clients to find all the relevant information concerning all Securities Class Actions in one place. Securities Class Action Recovery.

Our core business is the recovery of funds due to clients from securities class action litigation.  We have made a considerable investment in the systems and processes to automate the recovery of funds due to disadvantaged clients as a result of successful Securities Class Actions.

Our service for the recovery of Securities Class Action proceeds, usually commences with a full audit of our clients'  historical transactional data. From this analysis we can identify all Securities Class Actions where an entitlement exists either retrospectively, currently or at some stage in the future. CSL will then provide a report of all eligible claims which our client may be entitled to, detailing the minimum and maximum monetary value for each and every claim. However, the decision to proceed with all or any claims ultimately rests with our clients. 

Those cases that a client chooses to participate in will then be analysed to identify all Lead Plaintiff,  Class Member or Opt Out opportunities on behalf of the client. 

Lead Plaintiff ; Claimants are notified of the deadline for application to be made to the Court to be appointed as a lead plaintiff.

Class Member ; Anyone who has been affected and suffered a loss is automatically a class member, however proof of claim forms still need to be lodged,  Class Solutions Ltd are here to assist in this process.

Opt out ; Clients need to be informed of the timescale for initiating their own legal action against a company.

Regardless of the choice CSL can process the claim with the Paying Agents or introduce clients to suitable lawyers who will then represent the clients interests in the courts. CSL will complete all the required legal forms and after signature and approval by the client will submit them in the recognised manner.

Once  potential losses have been identified CSL will provide the client with a user account to allow authorised representatives to logon to our website and make a value based decision on whether to lodge a claim or not. Once claims have been lodged clients will be able to logon and monitor the progress of the claim.
