Business Studies Teacher
Overview
Job description: We are looking to recruit a Business Studies Teacher, based in a good school in the Dudley area.
Duties will include:
To prepare and give lessons in one or more of the following subjects: accounting, administration, business management, economics and information technology
Planning, preparing, delivering and reviewing lessons and other activities to ensure the effective progress of assigned students in the agreed specifications
Developing resources, materials and schemes of work which meet the needs of individual students
Setting regular and relevant homework, learning and assessment which enable students to take responsibility for their own learning as well as promoting a high standard of behaviour, test and assignments to support and consolidate learning
Qualifications Required:
The successful candidate will possess a Teaching qualification (ECT's are welcome to apply)
Experience of planning, delivering, assessing and evaluating teaching and learning
The ability to demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm for the subject area and the ability to provide timely, accurate and effective feedback on learners' attainment
Start/closing dates: May - July 2024.
