Food Technology Teacher

Job description:
We are looking to recruit a Food Technology Teacher, based in a good school in the Dudley Borough.
Duties will include:
Maintaining excellent knowledge of the Food Technology curriculum and effective approaches to its delivery
Contribute to the delivery of the Food Technology curriculum and contribute to the curriculum area development plan and will collaborate with colleagues on the development of resources for the delivery of the curriculum
Set regular and relevant homework, learning and assessment which enable students to take responsibility for their own learning, and to promote a high standard of behaviour, test and assignments to support and consolidate learning
Qualifications Required:
The successful candidate will possess a Teaching qualification (ECT's are welcome to apply)
Experience of planning, delivering, assessing and evaluating teaching and learning
The ability to provide timely, accurate and effective feedback on learners' attainment
Start/closing dates: Immediate start, to cover maternity leave until Easter 2025.
Interview dates: as soon as possible
