Pastoral Officer
Overview
The Pastoral Officer will play a key role in promoting the wellbeing, safeguarding, attendance, behavior and personal development of students across the school. Working closely with students, families, teachers, pastoral leaders and external agencies, the postholder will provide effective support to students who may be experiencing academic, social, emotional, behavioral or personal difficulties.
The successful candidate will help create a safe, inclusive and supportive school environment in which every student is able to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities: Student Welfare and Pastoral Support, Safeguarding, Attendance and Punctuality, Behavior and Inclusion, Administration and Timekeeping, Communication and Partnership working.
Start Date: September 2026
Full-time temporary role with the option of permanent.
