PE Teacher (Male)

Job description:
We are looking for a Male PE Teacher, This role is based in a good school in the Dudley Borough.
Duties will include:
Responsible for advancing students’ physical ability and knowledge of sports
Responsible for the welfare of students and for ensuring that students can gain the qualifications they need to advance their education or their desired career paths after school
Supervising practical PE lessons, including both indoor and outdoor classes
Ensuring students compete to their ability level and aren’t exposed to unnecessary injury or illness through school sports
Motivating students to take up new sports or athletic pursuits.
Qualifications Required:
The successful candidate will hold a Teaching qualification (ECT's are welcome to apply) in Physical Education
Experience of planning, delivering, assessing and evaluating teaching and learning
The ability to demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm for the subject area and the ability to provide timely, accurate and effective feedback on learners' attainment
Start/closing dates: as soon as possible for 6-8 weeks
Interview dates: as soon as possible
Type of employment: Full-time/short-term contract.
