Job description:
We are looking for a Science Teacher, based in a good school in the Dudley Borough.
Duties will include:
Designing, developing, and delivering quality lesson plans and curricula that adhere to national and school guidelines
Drawing up suitable assessments and delivering helpful feedback to students, parents, and other teachers
Establishing classroom, lab, and field trip rules and regulations and ensuring that all students understand what is expected of them
Setting up demonstrations and assisting and supervising students while they conduct experiments
Plan, prepare, deliver and review lessons and other activities to ensure the effective progress of assigned students in the agreed specifications
To develop resources, materials and schemes of work which meet the needs of individual students.
Qualifications Required:
The successful candidate will possess a Teaching qualification (ECT's are welcome to apply)
Experience of planning, delivering, assessing and evaluating teaching and learning
The ability to demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm for the subject area and the ability to provide timely, accurate and effective feedback on learners' attainment
Start/closing dates: May - July 2024.
