Art Teacher
Overview
Job Description:
We are looking for an Art Teacher, based at a good school within the Dudley Borough.
Duties will include:
Preparation & Planning Lessons
Marking & Scheme's of work
Supervising student progress
Assisting students in cultivating their creativity
Managing classroom discipline,
Teaching students how to use different art materials such as paint, pencils, and clay and providing guidance and feedback to students on their artwork and helping them develop their creativity.
Qualifications Required:
The successful candidate will ideally possess a Teaching qualification (ECT's are welcome to apply)
Experience of planning, delivering, assessing and evaluating teaching and learning.
The ability to demonstrate knowledge and enthusiasm for the subject area and the ability to provide timely, accurate and effective feedback on learners' attainment.
Start/closing dates: May - July 2024.
